You're down. We get you back up.
Suspended licenses are public the moment they post, and most contractors do not find out until a client does. Run a free check. If you are down, we get you back to good standing, fast, while you keep working.
Sample: a suspended record, reinstated to active good standing.
This is a sample, not your record. Run a check to see your own board status.
Every day down is a day you are exposed.
A suspended license does not wait for you to notice. While it is down, the work you depend on is off the table.
- You cannot bid.
- You cannot pull permits.
- You cannot collect.
- It is public.
Three honest questions, three straight answers.
Is it real?
Your status is public record on your state board. We pull the actual record and show it to you. We do not make anything up, and the sample on this page is clearly marked as a sample.
Can you fix it?
Most suspensions are administrative: a lapsed bond, a missed insurance filing, a renewal that slipped. Those we reinstate. Disciplinary hearings and appeals go to a licensed attorney.
What does it cost?
Free status check. Free review. No upfront cost. If you decide to put us on it, you approve a flat price before any work starts.
What we handle.
Administrative reinstatement, start to finish. Plain work, done by someone who knows the boards.
- 1We pull your board record and read what is actually flagged.
- 2We tell you what it takes to clear it, and the flat price, before any work.
- 3We file the reinstatement paperwork and deal with the board for you.
- 4You get back to good standing and back to work.
Where we stop
Wellstanding is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We handle administrative reinstatement. Disciplinary hearings and appeals are referred to licensed attorneys.
If your case is a hearing or an appeal, we will tell you that early, and point you to a lawyer instead of taking your money.
We check your board weekly. The moment your status changes, you hear it first.
No more finding out from a customer. Once you are a client, your board record is on our list, and you get the call before it costs you a job.

What a suspension can cost you.
This varies by state. This is not legal advice.
- While suspended, working as a licensed contractor is not allowed: you cannot legally bid, pull permits, or sign off as licensed.
- In some states you cannot bring an action to collect on work performed while unlicensed, and a customer may be able to recover what they already paid.
- Fines and penalties can stack per job and per day worked, and they get steeper on repeat findings.
The fix is usually faster and cheaper than the exposure. Run a free check and find out where you stand.
