Working for a public agency
Whoever the awarding body is, California's baseline does not move: on a registered public works project you file eCPRs directly with DIR at least monthly under your own PWCR registration, and you answer any Labor Code 1776 records request within 10 days or face the $100 per worker per day penalty.
